Dear Parents and Carers,
Each year St Edmund’s College provides a range of family formation opportunities. As part of our suite of family formation opportunities offered at the college, we will be offering families a wonderful weekend to spend quality time with your son down at the NSW South Coast.
The program is presented in the relaxed atmosphere of “The Pines” at Tuross and is designed to help fathers/parents/significant role models develop their family relationship with their sons.
The weekend will begin on the Friday night at 8.30pm with a welcome and a weekend overview. Departure will be mid-morning on the Sunday at around 11.30am.
The cost of the weekend is $280 per family (one adult and one child) and this covers all food and accommodation. This is payable via the College website’s online payment system. This opportunity is open to students in Years 4-12 although it is capped at 9 families. Please note if you are bringing more than one son it will cost $140 per extra son.
Transport to Tuross will be by your own means or you may wish to carpool with another family.
Camp Date: Friday 21 October – Sunday 23 October (please note this is the weekend after Year 5 and Year 4 camps)
If you are interested, please ask your son to come and collect an expression of interest form or email David Kelly (details below) to have one sent electronically. In the past these weekends have proved very popular so if you would like to attend, we would encourage you to return the reply slip (available from David Kelly in Junior School) by Monday 22 August. Slips returned by this date will go into a draw and selected families will be notified.
