With lockdown restrictions easing we are seeing higher demand for blood products in the hospitals and a higher rate of donors cancelling their donations.

Australia’s patients need you now more than ever.

As a Lifeblood Team member registered through our on-line portal you can:

  1. book donations – share the email invite with your colleagues to reserve an appointment.
  2. see your tally and how many lives your team has saved

Plasma: Is a game changer for Australia’s patients.

Australia’s demand for plasma is currently at an all-time high, and this is St. Edmunds College, Canberra’s chance to help meet growing patient needs.

Plasma is the liquid component of our blood, and carries the red cells, white cells and platelets. It is a powerful and versatile part of your blood, used to unlock 18 different life-giving ways for a range of diseases and medical conditions such as burns, cancer, people with immune deficiencies, patients with blood or brain disorders and many more.
