Student Services Relocation (Facebook Post)
STUDENT SERVICES HAS MOVED!
As part of our continuous improvement strategy to ensure efficient care for our students, we will be moving our Student Services and Sick Bay facilities to the back of the school, opposite the entry to St Clare’s College on McMillan Crescent. This area is better equipped to deal with students requiring medical attention, has easy wheel-chair access in case of medical emergencies and should facilitate more efficient sign-in and sign-out operations for all students who arrive late or leave early.
Starting this coming Tuesday, 18 March 2025, our new Student Services Area will begin operating from its new area.
Please note, this has no impact on the regular morning drop-off or afternoon pick-up, or co-curricular activities. It will only be relevant to students who need to sign in for late arrival, sign out for early departure, or seek medical assistance.

When advising of absences, early departures or late arrivals, please contact Student Services directly. You can do this by:
• Sending an email to studentservices@sec.act.edu.au
• Phoning Student Services directly on 02 6239 0694
• Phoning the College on 02 6295 3598 and selecting option “1”.
When phoning for more general matters, please contact reception on 02 6295 3598, and select option “0” or reception@sec.act.edu.au.
As a general note, please keep in mind that the new Student Services area will be inaccessible at the end of the day (between 3:15PM and 3:40PM) as this is when students leave to go home, and catch one of the several buses on McMillan Crescent. If you need to collect your child from Sick Bay around this time, it might be worth waiting a few minutes to do so.
