10 empowering messages for your son

Welcome back to Term 4 2018. All students should be revitalised after their two-week break. Term 4 is a busy term where the students complete their final assessments, sit exams and prepare themselves for future endeavours, either leaving school or moving to the next Year level. All this can be very stressful for students and their motivation will wavier. As teachers and parents, it is our role to empower the students to stay focus and enjoy their schooling experience. Words are powerful and can enhance a student’s classroom experience.

Below is a list of ten empowering messages that you and your son’s teachers can give to them:

“Today is a new day. What can we do with it?”

“You aren’t defined by your failures, you’re empowered by them.”

“The hardest person you’ll ever face is the one staring back at you in the mirror.”

“Success means caring. You’ve got to care more than anyone else does.”

“I’m a learner too. We need to support each other in that.”

“There’s nothing you can’t do if you really want to.”

“Great things begin with small actions.”

“I’m always here to help you, but you’ve got to take the lead.”

“I believe in you.”

“You’re not alone.”
