Over the past three weeks Yr 11 and 12 Hospitality students put together meals for the residents of ‘HOME’ for over the Easter period.
They prepared Vegetarian Pasta, Beef Bourguignon and pilaf, Chow Mein, Risotto and a delicious Chocolate Brownie Fudge Treat.
They student’s learnt a great deal about HACCP Procedures and a great deal more about the Curriculum of giving.
