Piano lesson times available
One lesson time slot has become available with highly regarded music educator Amber Harnisch. Amber has a Diploma of Education in secondary music and a Bachelor of Music in classical piano and also teaches jazz improvisation and other popular music styles.
Amber offers weekly 30-minute piano lessons on Thursdays at St Edmund’s. The 10:00am lesson will be available from Term 4 onwards. Please direct any enquiries to amberspianostudio@gmail.com
New Trombone Teacher
We are fortunate to have trombonist Daniel Duque join our instrumental teaching staff. If you would like to try learning as a beginner or have played the trombone you are very welcome. Places are available on Tuesdays. Please talk to Mrs Thomas or ring Daniel directly on 0413 353 750.
Trombones are available for hire at really reasonable rates from the College – see Mrs Thomas in PAC.
If you are more interested in trumpet than trombone, please ring Derrick Brassington on 0412 631 741. Derrick is a highly experienced and a renowned musician. As with most instruments, you may hire one from the College
Guitar Teacher
One of our guitar teachers, Sam Conway is travelling to Europe for a few weeks. We wish him well in his travels and look forward to him returning for Week 10.
