Our social Justice focus this term is for HOME in Queanbeyan and Karinya House. Both of these organisation help support some of the most vulnerable in our local community. We have had a long relationship with both of these organisations and strongly believe that in supporting their work, we are also living the mission of Blessed Edmund Rice where ethe dignity of the human person is of paramount importance.
We will be hosting fundraisers this term but will also be collecting items for those who are supported by HOME and Karinya House. These items can be brought by the boys to their class teacher (Junior School) and Tutor /House teacher (High school)
We will have a date later on in the term which will invite boys to assist in sorting these gifts and donations (watch this space!) We appreciate your generosity in donating any of the following items:Term Two Social Justice Focus (Document (A4)) (1)
