Junior School News: Week 9, Term 1, 2019

Junior School News Term 1 Week 9

It was wonderful to see such awesome House Spirit at our athletics carnival on Monday. There were numerous occasions where the boys celebrated others’ achievements, not necessarily just the winners but also students who had clearly given their best. All of the teaching staff were most impressed with the behaviour displayed, the excellent dance moves in the grandstand and the performances on the track. Thank you to Mr Fox for organising a great day and to Mr Hausen and his Year 12 Sport & Recreation class who assisted on the day.

Today Ms Roche and I went to the ANZAC Peace ceremony with around 30 students from Year 6. It was a wonderful experience for the students and their behaviour was exceptional.
