STEM education is an approach to teaching and learning that integrates the content and skills of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. This includes engagement in inquiry, logical reasoning, collaboration, and investigation.
We focus on these areas together not only because the skills and knowledge in each discipline are essential for student success, but also because these fields are deeply intertwined in the real world and in how students learn most effectively.
STEM is an interdisciplinary and applied approach that is coupled with hands-on, problem-based learning. The STEM’s students have the opportunity to be involved in:
- Eddies Engineers (Years 4-8)
- EV Project electric vehicles (Years 9-11)
- Robotics and drones (Year 10 -12)
